The following criteria will apply to the award:

• The award is open to any Manitoba Municipalities
• All submissions must include the following selection criteria:
  • Public Outreach – What variety of people were informed?
  • Education - Was there an educational component?
  • Events – What creativity was used for the event?
  • Staff Involvement – Was there a considerable involvement of Public Works staff?
  • Political Involvement – Was a significant political presence involved in the Public Works Week activities?
• An individual member or municipality can make a nomination, and submissions are limited to 10 pages, not including the nomination form.
• The deadline for submission is June 2. 2023
• The winner will be presented with a plaque at the AGM, and winners will be featured on the CPWA Manitoba Chapter website.

This form must accompany all documentation supporting the purpose and eligibility of the award. 

Supporting documents include but are not limited to letters of support, community and volunteer roles, project descriptions and photos of project/event, etc.
