The Rural Municipality of Springfield is a progressive, growing municipality with over 15,000 residents located on the eastern border of Winnipeg. The Infrastructure Services Manager reports directly to Public Works Director and is responsible for the development, supervision and execution of capital engineering projects and the supervision of subdivision developments.
